Online booking system (HUGO hotel software)
For direct bookings we use HUGO Hotelsoftware GmbH, Murtalstraße 641, 5582 Sankt Michael im Lungau, Austria.
Processed data: Name, address, contact details, stay data, payment information, requests/comments.
Purposes: Processing of reservations, communication, billing, notifications to authorities.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligations), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (secure/user-friendly booking system).
Recipients: HUGO Hotelsoftware (processor), payment service providers, authorities (reporting).
Storage period: 7 years (tax/company law requirements).

Channel managers & online booking portals (OTAs)
Channel managers are connected via HUGO to synchronize availability and bookings with online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Expedia and HRS.
Processed data: Residence data, name, contact details, payment/billing information.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (fulfillment of contract).
The data protection declarations of the respective OTAs apply to independent data processing.
Newsletter
When you register, we process your e-mail address and, if applicable, your name. Sending using the double opt-in procedure.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; § 107 TKG
Unsubscribe: possible at any time
Sending can be carried out by a specialized provider (e.g. Mailchimp, CleverReach). An order processing contract is concluded with this provider.
Integration of third-party content

Google Maps: Display of maps, only with consent. Data transfer to Google, USA possible.

YouTube: Integration of videos, extended data protection mode. Data sent to Google/YouTube during playback.

Translation tool
Our website may use a translation tool (e.g. Google Translate or a comparable provider). Technical data may be transmitted to the provider when the tool is called up. Details will follow after integration.
Accessibility
We are examining the use of accessibility tools (e.g. read-aloud functions, contrast/font size adjustment). Details will follow after integration.
Statistics/analysis tools
We do not currently use web analytics. If a service such as Google Analytics or Matomo is integrated in the future, we will inform you here in advance and obtain your consent.
WLAN use in the hotel
We provide our guests with free WLAN during their stay.
Processed data: MAC address, internal IP address, time/duration of connection, transferred data volumes, log data if applicable.
Purposes: Provision of Internet access, security, prevention of misuse, legal obligations in the event of investigation requests.
Legal bases: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (WLAN usage contract), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (secure/legally compliant operation), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligations).
Storage period: Usually 7 days, longer storage only in the event of security-relevant incidents or legal obligations.
Rights of the data subjects
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (DSB), Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at, www.dsb.gv.at to.
